Mr. John Charles Plummer, B.Com, FCIS, MBA has been Deputy Chairman of Chandler Macleod Group Ltd., (also known as Chandler Macleod Ltd.) since August 2007. He has background in marketing, product purchasing and human resources. He has been Non Executive Director of London City Equities Ltd. since November 19, 2004 and Imperial Pacific Limited. since November 16, 2004. Mr. Plummer serves as Director of Recruitment Super, the recruitment industry superannuation fund. He has been Non Executive Director of Ross Human Directions Ltd., since February 1, 2011. He has been Non Executive Director of Chandler Macleod Group Ltd., since September 1, 2007 and served as its Executive Director from May 30, 2005 to August 2007. He serves as National President of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association. Mr. Plummer holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration.

Adam has a finance and accounting background but has always had a technological interest and was using PC's from the age of five. During university he worked at a chartered accounting firm and on graduation from the University of Technology Sydney (B.Bus - majoring in Finance and Accounting) was recruited for JP Morgan Chase. Three years later Adam moved to ActionHRM to help redesign and refocus our products into a worldclass SaaS application.  Adam is a joint founder of ActionHRM, the main product architect and has grown a strong understanding and interest in Human Resource management and their supporting technologies.

Jason has over twelve years of experiance managing multiple growth stage technology companies in Australia and the USA. With a speciality in Software as a Service and a solid background in reseller channels Jason is ideal to help ActionHRM through its international expansion. Jason also sits on several startup company advisory boards was a sort after mentor at one of Australia's top IT incubators iLab, Jason held a position on the Queensland Government ICT Advisory Group, assisting the government on its ICT market development strategy. Moving to the USA in 2008 Jason now lives with his wife and three children in Woodside, CA, just south of San Francisco.

Graham has had over 30 years experience as a Senior Technical Officer  solving industry problems in BHP Billiton, Esso Australia and Exxon Coal & Minerals using information technology. For the last 15 years he has been working as an successful  entrepreneur in his own company which provided consulting and application development to industry. In 2001 he founded ActionHRM and has been an active member of the management team.

Marc Philips is the CEO & Founder of SearchForecast which provides website publishing software, diagnostic tools and solutions for lead generation via search engines. With over 12 years experience in online analytics, directory taxonomies and search engine techniques, Marc oversees the management of global clients.
