Use over 30 pre-built reports to output information for regulatory reporting, HR information, and business metrics. You can apply multiple filters to reports online and then export them in Microsoft Excel, CSV, or PDF format. ActionHRM also provides chart prototypes for standard reporting, complete with full business intelligence (BI) integration through Yellowfin available in the near future. Custom reports can be developed for a fixed cost.
eDocuments give you secure, online storage for a wide range of documents, including licenses and certifications, employment contracts, I-9 and W-4 forms, job descriptions, applicant information, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and training material. You define who gets access to what information – for example, managers can see information related to direct reports, but not their peers.
Organizational changes directly impact HR management. With ActionHRM, you can create and manage flexible organizational structures (including solid and dotted line reporting relationships), define and manage positions, roles, and competencies; and generate dynamic organizational charts—all for multiple companies.
