These partners are integrated with ActionHRM so that checks can be built into recruitment and new-hire processes and monitored and tracked automatically, right from within the software. When a background check, for example, uncovers an issue with a potential new hire, a “red flag” is posted in ActionHRM so that you know to request a detailed report from the service provider.
