With the ActionHRM solution, you get two ways to track employee time and attendance. The integrated online time clock records start, break, and end times when your employees punch in and out. You can also customize a built-in workflow to capture manager approvals for time cards before automatically sending the information to payroll.

Built in time clock and time slips

Keep everyone on the same page with ActionHRM’s time off management tools. Employees can review their PTO balances, submit online requests for time off, and check on the approval process. Managers receive time off requests through an automated workflow and get reminded about stalled requests. And after a request for time off has been approved, it’s automatically posted to a calendar so managers know when their employees will be gone.
