Workflows are electronic change requests that are sent on a predetermined process pathway for approval. Types of workflows include requests for leave, pay raise approvals, and new employee onboarding workflows. A workflow can be created for any process that requires authorization to proceed. Most workflows can have an unlimited number of processing steps. Each workflow can be customized at the employee level to handle all processing exceptions.
